Our CEO and Founder
Janise Wiggins is a Social Entrepreneur who has served Nevada for more than 25 years, focusing on human services, social justice, access to healthcare, policy advocacy, leadership, and organizational development.
In 2017, Janise founded her company, Grant Me Success, a professional services and coaching firm, which offers grant writing, education, and consulting services to nonprofits, government agencies, and small businesses.
Since starting her business, she has assisted her clients with obtaining over $8 million in federal, state, local, and foundation grant funding!
Janise holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work, a Master’s in Public Administration, and is now pursuing her Ph.D. in Public Policy and Leadership at UNLV.
For the past 25 years, Janise has served as a Federal Grant Reviewer and a Behavioral and Social Science Technical Assistance Provider for the American Psychological Association (APA).
To keep her skills sharp, Janise holds active membership with the Grant Professionals Association and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Janise is a recipient of the 2017 National Minority Quality Forum’s 40 Under 40 in Healthcare Award, as well as the 2017 Health Advocate Award given by Community Partners for Better Health in partnership with Caesars Entertainment.
In 2020, Janise received the Community Angel Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners - Southern Nevada Chapter.
Most recently, Janise was selected by Las Vegas Black Image Magazine as one of the 2024 Taste of Sounds & Soul Honorees for her more than two decades of service and dedication to elevating the Las Vegas community.As the creator of the Nonprofit Leaders Academy, Grant Writing Academy, and Small Business Grant Academy, Janise is committed to sharing how to create successful grant proposals to help organizations thrive!
