Care With Purpose Medical Center was established with the patient in mind. We believe that health care clinics should not only treat medical issues, but also do so in a compassionate, caring, understanding way. We want patients to feel cared for and relaxed in every visit. Therefore we promise to take our time with each patient so that they do not feel rushed when visiting our practice. It is our purpose to make your experience as comfortable as possible. 

We offer a wide range of medical services to all adults and children over the age of 5 that include primary care, chronic disease management, mild pain management, wellness exams, sick visits, and acute/non emergent visits. 

We are accepting new patients, currently working to accept all insurance plans, and offer an affordable cash price for office visits.
